The KYC and AML Policy

Pay attention to our AML/KYC policy.

Before any exchange via Exchange API, we recommend you inform your users about the possible transaction hold for KYC procedures. For such cases, use the following text in a form of the pop-up:

“Exchange services provided by Cripto InterCambio. By clicking “Accept”, I acknowledge and understand that my transaction may trigger AML/KYC verification according to Cripto InterCambio AML/KYC”.

If a user transaction gets the hold status, please ask your user to contact our security team at [email protected] for further procedures.
