The KYC and AML Policy

Pay attention to our AML/KYC policy.

Before any exchange via the Exchange API, we recommend you inform your users about the possible transaction hold for KYC procedures. For such cases, use the following text in a form of the pop-up:

“Exchange services provided by Cripto InterCambio. By clicking “Accept”, I acknowledge and understand that my transaction may trigger AML/KYC verification according to Cripto InterCambio AML/KYC”.

If a user transaction gets the hold status, please ask your user to contact our security team at [email protected] for further procedures.
