Cripto InterCambio provides several features to enhance your user experience.

API Extra Fee​

Cripto InterCambio has an opportunity to earn by using the Exchange API. For example, you can choose to charge a 0.5% fee on top of the Cripto InterCambio exchange fee. To set up the API Extra fee, contact us at [email protected] with a link to your service.
You can check the API extra fee percent using the getTransactions method.

Support options​

Cripto InterCambio has two support line options:

  • redirecting your users to our support line.
  • providing the first line support from your side and sending your tickets directly to the dedicated Slack channel.

Our second-level support team receives such tickets with the highest priority.

If you need our dedicated support line, contact your account manager. Additionally, you can send us a request at [email protected]. The request should include a link to your service and confirmation that you will provide a support line from your side.
